BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott freshman harrier Colin Costa (Tewksbury, Mass.) has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Runner and Rookie of the Week honors, respectively, as announced by the league office.
Today's announcement marks Costa's second career Runner of the Week award (9/13/21) and third career Rookie of the Week honor (9/7/21, 9/13/21).
Last Saturday at the Bowdoin Invitational, Costa finished sixth overall with a time of 27:38 over 8-kilometers. He was the Gulls' top finisher and the fastest freshman in the 47-runner field.
As a team, the Gulls placed second out of five teams with a score of 57.
