Ryan Barrett enters his second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Endicott football program in 2017-18.

Barrett joined the Endicott coaching staff after a standout playing career at NCAA Division I FCS school, Bryant University. Barrett, who was a three-year starter at tight end for the Bulldogs, received numerous accolades during his career, including a Preseason All-Northeast Conference (NEC) team selection and a College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) Watch List honor in 2013. Additionally, Barrett was named a captain of the team in his senior season in 2015 and also earned the Captain's Award from the coaching staff in the same year.

Barrett graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, where he majored in entrepreneurship and minored in communication and sociology. Upon graduating, Barrett went on to serve as an assistant coach for his former club youth team in Olesnica, Poland, while also serving in a dual role as an assistant coach/player for the Wroclaw Outlaws of the Polish League of American Football (PLFA).
