Title: Volunteer Assistant Coach

Nicole D'Angelo '23 enters her first season as an assistant coach with the women's track & field team in 2023-24.

D'Angelo will work primarily with throwers, pole vaulters, and multi student-athletes within the program.

One of the most decorated Gulls in program history, D'Angelo was a three-time Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) shot put champion, two-time pole vault champion, and a member of the 2021 4x100m relay championship squad.

D'Angelo earned 11 CCC All-Conference honors (6 first, 5 second), and two USTFCCCA All-Region accolades (shot put, heptathlon) during her time with the program from 2019-23.

She still holds or is a part of five school records (3 indoor, 2 outdoor) and is one of two student-athletes in program history to be named a captain twice during their career.

As a senior, D'Angelo helped lead the Gulls to their first-ever CCC Championship by winning the pole vault and placing second in the 100-meter hurdles and the shot put.

D'Angelo graduated from Endicott in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in engineering.

She has previous coaching experience with the Lakers Track Club in her hometown of Readfield, Maine where she instructed kids ages 5-14 in various track and field events. D'Angelo also helped officiate events at meets over her two-year span with the club (2017-18).

D'Angelo currently works at CM&B in Beverly as an assistant superintendent.
