Hunter returns to Endicott to be an assistant for his second stint after having been the first assistant for previous head coach Tim Byram.  

Hunter was a versatile four-year player for the Gulls from 2002-06 and he ranks in the top ten all time in multiple categories.  The Alum currently stands third overall with 815 digs, third with 1600 service attempts, fifth in assists with 921, fifth in sets played with 396, sixth in matches played with 123, ninth in kills with 532 and 10th in points with 672.5 for career numbers.  His 2006 season was arguably his best as he recorded 842 assists, 259 digs and attempted 468 serves, all of which are good for ninth place all-time in a single season.

A 2006 graduate of Endicott, Hunter was a Business Management major.  A 2002 graduate of Bethlehem High School in Delmar, N.Y., Hunter now resides in Belmont, Mass. with his wife Chera and their son Owen.  Hunter works for Safety Insurance, a home, auto and business owner's insurance company as a Homeowner's Examiner.
