Professional Aspirations

Has completed internships in the Greens Farms Academy athletic department in 2013 and with the University of New Haven athletic department in 2014... Plans to intern with TENACITY, a program that meets a critical need for safe, healthy, productive after-school, in-school and summer programs for urban youth.

Michael on the importance of TENACITY:

"Tennis and fitness activities are the magnets drawing interest from kids who other have few athletic outlets... These athletic activities are closely integrated with literacy programs to help build academic motivation and achievement."
