Coaching Experience: Head JV Coach/Assistant Varsity Coach at Manchester-Essex for 2011 and 2012 season.  

Coaching Accolades: 2012 Assistant Coach of Year for the Cape Ann League.

Playing Experience: Played at Endicott College from 2005 - 2009. Contributed every year including second line midfield in 2006, starting offensive midfield and 6th leading scorer with 30 points in 2007. In 2008, Gugino switched to starting defensive midfield and back-up faceoff to All-American John Ortolani.  During his senior year in 2009 he was starting defensive midfield and faceoff. Had a team best 148 ground balls and a 66% face-off percentage. Two-time CCC Defensive Player of the week, and Endicott Athlete of the week. Was first team All-Conference in 2009 and played in the North-South Senior All-Star Game. His 148 ground balls rank as the eighth highest single season total in Endicott history.  

Gugino is a 2009 Endicott graduate where he studied Elementary Education. Originally from West Hartford, Conn., Gugino graduated from Conard High School in 2005. Gugino now works as a fourth grade teacher in Manchester, Mass.
