Cory Gaff enters his seventh overall season as an assistant coach with the Endicott football program in 2024-25, primarily working with running backs.

In 2019, Gaff played a pivotal role in Endicott receiving No. 1 overall rankings among the Commonwealth Coast Football (CCC Football) conference's eight teams in points per game (41.5), points (457), red zone offense (.860), and team passing efficiency (162.13), and a No. 2 overall ranking in total offense (4,561).

Nationally, the Gulls ranked No. 32 in third down conversion percentage (.459), No. 21 in red zone offense, No. 23 in team passing efficiency, and No. 53 in total offense.

In his first season coaching the running backs, Gaff aided the Gulls to runner-up marks in rushing yards (2,29), rushing yards per game (193.5), and rushing touchdowns (19). 

Gaff joined the Endicott staff after serving as an assistant coach for his alma mater Plymouth State University for the past three seasons. During his time at Plymouth State, Gaff was responsible for coaching the wide receivers and also coached the 2015 MASCAC Offensive Rookie of the Year.

Additionally, he spent one season coaching linebackers at the Pomona-Pitzer program in California.

A native of Everett, Mass., Gaff graduated from Plymouth State in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Gaff spent two seasons as a tight end and two years starting on the defensive line for the Panthers during his playing career.
