Coordinator of Care: Men's Soccer, Men's & Women's Rugby, Women's Basketball, Softball

Jennifer Holman '18 enters her second academic year at Endicott as an Athletic Trainer. Holman was officially hired on February 13, 2023.

Holman comes to Endicott from Babson College (August 2021-February 2023). While at Babson, Holman served as an Athletic Trainer for the women's volleyball, men's and women's cross country, men's basketball, and women's lacrosse programs. 

Her additional work experiences include Castleton University (athletic trainer), Merrimack College (graduate fellow athletic trainer), and the Boston Marathon (medical volunteer).

Holman graduated from Endicott in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in athletic training.

She was president of the Athletic Training Club from 2017-18, a multiple Dean's List honoree, and a member of the Phi Epsilon Kappa Honor Society.

Holman also received the Athletic Training Award, while her senior thesis focused on posterior shoulder tightness in overhead-throwing athletes.

After her time at Endicott, Holman obtained her Master of Science in exercise and sport science at Merrimack in 2019. Her capstone focused on the importance of concussion education at the high school and collegiate levels.

Holman is American Red Cross CPR/AED and emergency first aid certified and a member of both the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) and Eastern Athletic Trainers' Association.
