Ibadat Javed enters her first season as an assistant coach with the women's tennis program in 2023-24.

Javed comes to Endicott from St. Lawrence University where she was a member of the varsity tennis team and elected as a captain of the program for the 2021-22 season.

At St. Lawrence, Javed was a three-time Liberty League All-Academic Team selection, a four-time Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athlete honoree, and a multiple Dean's List award winner. 

Javed was also heavily involved outside of tennis at St. Lawrence as an athletic media relations intern in the Saints' Sports Information Office, an admissions ambassador, and an orientation leader. Additionally, Javed served as a Viebranz Search Committee student member for the English department and was the arts and entertainment section editor for The Hill News, St. Lawrence's student-run newspaper. 

Along with coaching at Endicott, Javed is a tennis coach at Spark Fitness and Tennis Club in Andover, Mass. She works with high-performance and college prep groups. She also helps develop and execute personalized lesson plans for players ranging in levels and ages and collaborates with other coaches to create a positive and motivating environment for young athletes. 

Javed graduated from St. Lawrence magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in creative writing and performance and communication arts in 2022.
