CENTERVILLE, Mass.- Coming off of a week in which she led the team to victory over bitter Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) rival and nationally ranked #13 Roger Williams, Laura Wysocki (Somers, Conn.) has been named as the ECAC DIII Regional Co-Offensive Player of the Week. Wysocki netted two goals in her two matches played as the Gulls won both contests.
In Endicott's win over Roger Williams, Wysocki netted the first two goals of her collegiate career en route to a 2-1 2OT win. Wysocki's second goal in the 104th minute of action broke a losing streak of six games against the three-time defending CCC champions and handed RWU their first in 2013. Endicott then stood at 4-3-1 and has since moved their record to 5-3-1 as Wysocki netted her third of the season in the first half against Babson.
Wysocki and the Gulls return to action Saturday as they host Wentworth in CCC action. Match time is slated for noon.
