No. 14 Women’s Ice Hockey Takes Down Salve Regina, 4-0

MIDDLETOWN, R.I. — The Endicott No. 14 nationally ranked women's ice hockey team defeated Salve Regina, 4-0, in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action on Friday evening at Cabot-Harman Ice Center.

Four different student-athletes lit the lamp in the victory including Samantha Fantasia (Billerica, Mass.), Teaghan Hall (West Springfield, Mass.), Quin Healy (Melrose, Mass.), and Mackenzie Graham (Billerica, Mass.).

In goal, Casey Moritz (Trophy Club, Texas) stopped 10 shots to improve to 10-4-2 this season (fifth career shutout).

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • The Gulls lead the all-time series, 17-1-2. 
  • Endicott is 9-1-1 when scoring the opening goal this season.
  • Rivers Morris (Braintree, Mass.) has recorded a point in five consecutive games.
  • The Blue and Green are 6-2-1 away from The Nest.
