BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's ice hockey team defeated Southern Maine, 4-0, in non-conference action on Saturday night at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
The Gulls had four different goal scorers as Teaghan Hall (West Springfield, Mass) started the scoring on the power-play at 7:29 of the first.
Quin Healy (Melrose, Mass.) doubled Endicott's lead later in the opening period (15:39) to give the hosts a 2-0 advantage going into the first intermission.
After a scoreless second period, Aurora Devereaux (Scituate, Mass.) bumped Endicott's lead to 3-0 just 18-seconds into the third before Abbey Agrodnia (Cape Elizabeth, Maine) capped the scoring at the 4:58 mark.
In goal, Casey Moritz (Trophy Club, Texas) stopped 22 shots to improve to 2-0-0 this season.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Endicott is now 6-1-1 all-time against Southern Maine.
- Agrodnia and Devereaux registered their first career goals.
- Healy had a career-high in points with three (one goal, two assists).
- Emmerson Hayes (Los Angeles, Calif.) led the team with eight faceoff wins (8-of-14).

Endicott (2-0-0) hosts Nichols on Friday, November 3 at 7 PM. Southern Maine (1-1-0) welcomes Curry to its campus on Friday at 6 PM.
