BEVERLY, Mass. – The first-seeded Endicott softball team (33-7) will host second-seeded Western New England (28-14) on Saturday for the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship.

The best-of-three series will begin at 12 PM. Game two is scheduled for 2:30 PM. 

Meanwhile, the if-necessary game is scheduled for Sunday, May 14 at 12 PM (at Endicott).

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

• This is the third consecutive championship meeting between the two programs. 
• Endicott and Western New England split their regular season series on April 7 with the Golden Bears taking game one, 6-4, and the Gulls winning game two, 7-5.
• The Gulls are 12-2 at The Nest while Western New England is 6-6 away from home this season. 
• Western New England will make its ninth appearance in the CCC Championship (two titles) today, while Endicott has competed for the league title 19 appearances (13 championships). 
• The Blue and Green are 6-2 overall in title games versus the Golden Bears. 

WHAT'S NEXT 

The winner of the CCC Championship will earn the league's automatic qualifier to the NCAA Division III Tournament.
