Adam Neilly
Title: Assistant Coach

Adam Neilly enters his second season as an assistant coach with the Endicott men's tennis program in 2023-24. Neilly was officially hired on January 30, 2023.

Neilly comes to Endicott with a bevy of playing experience, both at the collegiate and national levels.

As a student-athlete at Guilford College (NAIA), Neilly won more than 200 collegiate matches between singles and doubles claiming victories against marquee programs such as Duke, Wake Forest, NC State, Harvard, and William & Mary. He played No. 1 singles and No. 2 doubles for nationally ranked Guilford and individually was positioned inside the top-20 rankings at both singles and doubles.

Neilly also served as captain of the program from 1984-86, winning Most Valuable Player (MVP) honors during each of those seasons as well.

He graduated from Guilford in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. 

Neilly currently has returned to competitive play and is ranked in the nation's top-100 for the men's 55 and over singles division.

His previous coaching experience includes eight years as an instructor for the Fritz Schunck Tennis Camp. Neilly was responsible for coaching children and adults at levels from beginners to advanced players. 

In addition to his coaching duties, Neilly served as the camp director/head pro and was responsible for the pro shop, inventory, staff scheduling, organizing camper activities, and managing the camp's payroll.

Outside of tennis, Neilly enjoyed a successful career in finance working at PwC (1986-94) and Corning Incorporated (1994-July 2022), wrapping up his distinguished as the Director of Finance, Life Sciences at the latter company.
