Overtime Goal Lifts Endicott Over Plymouth State

BEVERLY, MA - Cailtin Murray (Templeton, MA/Gardner) scored a minute and 35 seconds into overtime to give the Gulls a 1-0 win over Plymouth State.

Endicott and PSU played to a scoreless draw at the end of regulation before Murray redirected a pass from Lyndsay Woods (York, ME/York) into the back of the Plymouth State net.

The Gulls out shot the Panthers 20-11 in the win, Endicott goalie Erin Curry made 11 saves to earn the shut out, while PSU goalie Katie Randall (Portsmouth, NH) was very busy turning away 18 shots and keeping her team in the game.

Plymouth State drops to 3-2 overall and resumes their Little East Conference schedule on Saturday when they travel to the University of Southern Maine. The Gulls improve to 5-2 overall and will play CCC rivals New England College in Henniker, NH on Saturday.
