Antonio Rossi enters his second year as an assistant coach with the football program in 2023-24. He was officially hired on February 20, 2023.

Rossi comes to Endicott from Harvard University. During his time with the Crimson, Rossi served as the defensive quality control coach and was responsible for weekly opponent breakdown information for both defense and special teams.

He also assisted with opponent scouting reports, instructed and coached the linebacker position group, managed scout team for special teams periods, assisted with on campus recruiting events, and was responsible for recording offensive formations and plays along with all defensive information on gamedays.

Rossi's previous coaching experiences include Assumption University (defensive line), Springfield College (graduate assistant: linebackers & outside linebackers), and Becker College (defensive line).

Rossi earned his Bachelor of Science in Movement and Sport Studies in 2018. He went on to obtain his Master of Education in Physical Education from Springfield in 2020.
