Dance Team Takes Home New England Title For Sixth Year In A Row

WESTFIELD, Mass. – On Sunday March 6, the Endicott dance team competed at the Woodward Center at Westfield State University against Division II and III colleges from New England and New York. After coming off a program best at nationals, they hoped to finish the season with a division title for the sixth year in a row.

Led by captains Amanda Mersereau (Manchester, N.H.) and Aine O'Doherty (Reading, Mass.) the team of 16 were focused and excited to take home another win. Being in the Jazz and Pom division, they had the opportunity to win both divisions as last year the team fell short of winning the Jazz Division by one-tenth of a point. After putting on a crowd appealing performance, they were awarded first place honors for both divisions, winning Pom for the fifth year in a row and taking back the Jazz Division title for the first time since 2014.
