  • Women's Volleyball Earns USMC/AVCA Team Academic Award

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The United States Marine Corps (USMC) and the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) announced the honorees of the USMC/AVCA Team Academic Award on Tuesday, and the Endicott women's volleyball team earned the distinction for the 2019-2020 academic year. It marks the sixth time in the last eight years that the Gulls have earned the award.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The rapidly changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19 requires extraordinary changes to our typical schedule as we remain focused on the health and welfare of our student-athletes, staff, and the entire Endicott community. We are in constant contact with our local health authorities and are following all CDC and NCAA guidelines regarding this fluid situation. While we have no diagnosed cases of COVID-19 at Endicott or within the City of Beverly, at this time, it is vital that we, as a community, are proactive regarding these unprecedented circumstances. The aim of our discussions has been to move as quickly and thoughtfully as possible. In the coming days, we are asking for your understanding and consideration as we continue to evaluate our next steps.

  • Gifford, Kennedy and Quesnelle Selected for NEWVA Senior Classic

    BEVERLY, Mass. - Following stellar four year careers that garnered regional recognition from coaches, Endicott women's volleyball seniors Zoey Gifford (Natick, Mass.), Mackenzie Kennedy (Andover, Mass.), and Remi Quesnelle (Sunderland, Mass.) were selected for the New England Women's Volleyball Association (NEWVA) Senior Classic. The event will take place on Sunday, December 8, 2019, and will be hosted by Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Mass. The Senior Classic All-Star Event will consist of roughly 30 of the top seniors in the region.

    BEVERLY, Mass. - Adding to an already impressive collection of all-region honors, Mackenzie Kennedy (Andover, Mass.), Zoey Gifford (Natick, Mass.) and Colleen McAvoy (Coventry, Conn.) received New England Women's Volleyball Association (NEWVA) All-Region nods on Friday. Kennedy was named to the NEWVA All-New England First Team, while Gifford was named to the Second Team, and McAvoy received Honorable Mention honors.

    MEDFORD, Mass. – The Endicott women’s volleyball team fell to Bowdoin College, 3-0, by scores of 25-22, 25-23, and 25-14 on Friday evening in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, hosted by Tufts University, at Cousens Gym.
