Griffith, Risko Earn USTFCCCA East Region Honors
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott student-athletes Abby Griffith (Franklin, Mass.) and Hannah Risko (Albany, N.Y.) have earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region honors.
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott student-athletes Abby Griffith (Franklin, Mass.) and Hannah Risko (Albany, N.Y.) have earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region honors.
Griffith claimed All-Region honors in the high jump, while Risko received All-Region accolades in the 800m and 1,500m events, respectively.
The top-5 individuals in each event from each region garner USTFCCCA All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members from a top-3 ranked relay team.

Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.

Griffith is the first freshman in program history to receive USTFCCCA All-Region honors.
She ranked tied for fifth regionally in the high jump with a clearance of 5 feet and 3.25 inches.
Griffith is also regionally ranked No. 15 in the triple jump (36-5.75) and No. 36 in the long jump (16-6).
This is her fourth career postseason award (CNE Field Rookie of the Year, CNE 1st Team, CNE 2nd Team).
HANNAH RISKO | GR. | DISTANCE
Risko is the second student-athlete in program history to claim multiple USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the same season.
She is ranked second regionally in the 800m (2:11.94) and fifth in the 1,500m (4:34.76).
Her other regional rankings include the 5,000m (22nd, 18:03.04) and 10,000m (19th, 38:43.16).
Today's announcement marks Risko's fourth postseason honor this spring (CNE 1st Team, CNE 2nd Team).
