Women’s Tennis Tops Western New England, 7-0
BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's tennis team defeated Western New England, 7-0, in Conference of New England (CNE) action on Monday afternoon at the South Campus Tennis Courts.
Doubles collected the sweep at No. 2 (6-0), No. 3 (6-3), and No. 1 (7-5) in respective order.
The Gulls doubles slots were filled by Emily Leclerc (Manchester, N.H.) / Caroline Sutliffe (Duxbury, Mass.) at No. 2, Abbey Fleming (Wolfeboro, N.H.) / Samantha Hartmann (Ho-Ho-Kus, N.J.) at No. 3, and Jillian Friedman (Austin, Texas) / Nadia Uzelac (Waltham, Mass.) at No. 1.
In singles, Uzelac and Flemming won by identical scores at No. 3 and No. 5 (6-0, 6-2).
Sutliffe, Milana Montini (Southbury, Conn.), Hartmann, and Leclerc rounded out the results for the Blue and Green at No. 2 (6-3, 6-0), No. 4 (6-2, 6-2), No. 6 (6-1, 6-1), and No. 1 (6-2, 6-4).
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

The Gulls improve to 3-1 at home this season.

Endicott is now 19-0 all-time against Western New England.

Uzelac moves to 5-0 in her singles matches this season.
