Dugan, Lord, and Barbieri Earn United Soccer Coaches All-Region II Honors
BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's soccer team has contributed three members of its program to the 2025 Division III United Soccer Coaches All-Region II teams.
Rhiann Dugan (West Boylston, Mass.) has earned a spot on the first team, while Hannah Lord (Bedford, N.H.) earned a spot on the second team and Madeline Barbieri (Cranston, R.I.) appeared on the third team.
RHIANN DUGAN | SR. | D | FIRST TEAM ALL-REGION
The Gulls' center back started all 19 games she appeared in this season. Out of those 19 games, she played the full 90 minutes on 16 occasions, and grinded out all 110 minutes of action in the Gulls' CNE Semifinal win against Suffolk.
Dugan headlined a Gulls defense that ranked among the tops in CNE play with just 0.60 goals allowed per game. Her leadership from the back line was a major reason as to why the Blue and Green went 10-3-3 (7-2-0 CNE) after September 10.
At Nichols on October 18, she scored her first career goal via a header, and later added an assist as well for a career-best three-point performance.
Her defensive presence guided the Gulls to eight shutouts on the year, including a streak of three straight prior to the CNE Championship. She and the rest of the Gulls defenders limited opponents to an average of just 2.9 shots on goal per game this season.
These awards mark the first regional awards in Dugan's career.
HANNAH LORD | SR. | M | SECOND TEAM ALL-REGION
Lord led the Gulls in goals (three) and points (seven) in her career-best 2025 season.
The senior midfielder set up several scoring opportunities in pivotal moments for the Gulls throughout the season. Her leadership on and off the field brought Endicott back to the CNE Championship for the first time since 2023.
She started each of the Blue and Green's final 13 games, and led them to an 8-4-1 (5-2-1 CNE) record over that stretch.
On October 18 at Nichols, she logged the first multi-goal game of her career and also dished out an assist in Endicott's 6-1 road victory. The five-point performance was a career high.
This marks Lord's first career regional honors.
MADELINE BARBIERI | SR. | D | THIRD TEAM ALL-REGION
Barbieri started all 20 games for the Gulls in their 2025 CNE runner-up finish.
The senior made a major impact from the backfield and midfield throughout the season.
Her contributions led to a Gulls defense that limited opponents to just 6.1 shots per game and 2.9 shots on net per game.
She also logged 75+ minutes played in 14 of the Gulls' 20 contests.
This is the first season of Barbieri's career in which she has secured regional honors.
