Williams Defeats Women’s Lacrosse, 16-4

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Endicott women's lacrosse team fell to Williams, 16-4, in non-conference action on Wednesday evening at the Weston Athletic Complex.

Kiana Napolitano (Revere, Mass.) buried three goals and Morgan Pike (Shapleigh, Maine) found the back of the net once in the loss.

Lydia Akins (Edina, Minn.) also stopped a game-high 13 shots (9-6) for the Gulls.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • Matilda Darrah (Dover, N.H.) compiled career-highs in ground balls (3) and caused turnovers (3).
  • Akins has made 10 or more saves in four games this season.
  • Williams is 2-4 at home on the year.
  • The Gulls drop to 5-2 on the road in 2022.

WHAT'S NEXT

Endicott (9-6, 5-1 CCC) hosts conference foe Nichols on Friday, April 22 at 6 PM. Friday's contest will serve as Senior Day for the Gulls. Williams (5-7) travels to Wesleyan on Saturday, April 23 at 12 PM.
