2019-20 Endicott Women's Ice Hockey Season Preview

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's ice hockey team opens up its 2019-20 season this Saturday, November 2 at home vs Southern Maine (3 PM). Here's a preview of the upcoming season. 

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 

  • The Gulls enter the season as the reigning Colonial Hockey Conference (CHC) tournament champions. 
  • The team is receiving votes (4) in the latest USCHO.com Division III Women's Ice Hockey poll. 
  • Endicott returns three of its top five point-getters from last season. Jillian Gibbs (Burlington, Vt.) led the team with 26 points, Courtney Sullivan (North Yarmouth, Maine). ranked third with 18 points, while Lauren Ferraiuolo (North Haven, Conn.) rounded out the top five with 15 points. 
  • The Gulls will look to be a force again on home ice, last year the team went 11-1-1 at Raymond J. Bourque Arena. 
  • Head coach Andrew McPhee enters year five with the program. During his tenure, the team has compiled a 74-22-11 (.743) overall record, a 39-6-5 CHC play (.830), and a 36-8-6 (.780) record at home.
