    BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's ice hockey student-athletes Jade Meier (Fairbanks, Alaska) and Alyssa Peterson (Cranberry Township, Pa.) have been named to the 2019-20 CCM Hockey/AHCA Division II-III Women’s All-American East Second Team the organization announced earlier today.

    BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's ice hockey head coach Andrew McPhee has been named one of nine finalists for the 2019-20 Division III Women's CCM/AHCA Coach of the Year, the organization announced earlier today. 
  • SENIOR SEND-OFF: Endicott Women’s Ice Hockey Program

    The Endicott women's ice hockey team finished its 2019-20 season with a 25-2-0 overall record and a 16-0-0 conference mark before the NCAA's decision to cancel all remaining winter and spring championships was finalized. The Gulls also captured their second Colonial Hockey Conference championship, finished the year nationally ranked at No. 7 overall, and were set to travel to Middlebury College for an NCAA Tournament Quarterfinal Round game before their season was canceled due to COVID-19. More importantly, the team's success was spearheaded by seven seniors — Michaela McNamara (Warwick, R.I.), Jillian Gibbs (Burlington, Vt.), Jade Meier (Fairbanks, Alaska.), Alyssa Peterson (Cranberry Township, Pa,), Madison Huber (Pittsburgh, Pa.), Nicole Demers (Avon, Conn.), and Emma McDowell (Alexandria, Va.) — whose respective legacies will forever have an impact on the program.     BEVERLY, Mass. – The rapidly changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19 requires extraordinary changes to our typical schedule as we remain focused on the health and welfare of our student-athletes, staff, and the entire Endicott community. We are in constant contact with our local health authorities and are following all CDC and NCAA guidelines regarding this fluid situation. While we have no diagnosed cases of COVID-19 at Endicott or within the City of Beverly, at this time, it is vital that we, as a community, are proactive regarding these unprecedented circumstances. The aim of our discussions has been to move as quickly and thoughtfully as possible. In the coming days, we are asking for your understanding and consideration as we continue to evaluate our next steps.
  • NCAA Cancels Remaining Winter & Spring Championships

    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Today, NCAA President Mark Emmert and the Board of Governors canceled the Division I men’s and women’s 2020 basketball tournaments, as well as all remaining winter and spring NCAA championships. This decision is based on the evolving COVID-19 public health threat, our ability to ensure the events do not contribute to the spread of the pandemic, and the impracticality of hosting such events at any time during this academic year given ongoing decisions by other entities.
