  • Gulls Earn Spot in Divisional Championship

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women’s ice hockey team has earned a trip to the IWCHL North Divisional Championship on Sunday after defeating New Hampshire over the weekend in the semifinals. With goals from freshmen duo Maggie Layo (Sandwich, Mass.) and Alicia Steeves (Chelmsford, Mass.) the Gulls lifted to a 2-1 victory. Endicott will travel to league rival Salem State on Sunday, February 22nd for a 1:30 p.m. start time. The Gulls will enter the game at 9-3-1 as the #3 seed while the Vikings sit undefeated at 12-0 holding the #1 spot.
  • Women's Ice Hockey Claims #3 Seed in IWCHL Tournament

    BEVERLY, Mass. – After finishing the regular season at 8-3-1 (4-2-1 IWCHL North) the Endicott women’s ice hockey team has earned the #3 seed in the upcoming IWCHL tournament. The Gulls will compete at #2 New Hampshire (8-3) on Friday, February 13th at 8:15 p.m. at the Rochester Ice Arena in Rochester, N.H.
  • Gulls Tie with Boston College in 2014 Finale

    GLOUCESTER, Mass. – The Endicott women’s ice hockey team hosted Boston College last Sunday for a non-league matchup. Despite the three straight goals from the Gulls in the first and second period, the Eagles were able to answer back with three goals in the third period to secure a 3-3 tie. Endicott will finish December at 5-2-1 as they take the rest of the month off and play next in the New Year on January 31st at 3:00 p.m. at the University of New Hampshire.
  • Women's Ice Hockey to Join ECAC North Atlantic League for 2015

    DANBURY, Conn. – It is with great excitement that today the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has released the addition of the ECAC North Atlantic Division IIII Women’s Ice Hockey League. The Endicott women’s ice hockey program will join the ECAC North Atlantic conference for the 2015-16 season along with seven other institutions. Endicott will transition from club status to an NCAA sponsored sport next fall as they await the construction of the Raymond J. Bourque Arena which will be the home of both Endicott men’s and women’s ice hockey.
  • Gulls Split in Weekend Doubleheader

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women’s ice hockey team played two strong contests over the weekend as they squared off with North Shore rival, Salem State on Saturday and hosted Colby-Sawyer on Sunday. After a late goal by the Vikings the Gulls dropped just their second game in a tough 2-1 battle. The following day with a season high, three goals, from freshman Maggie Layo (Sandwich, Mass.) Endicott soared to an 7-1 victory. Endicott improves to 5-2 overall on the season as they look ahead to next weekend on December 13th and 14th where they host Saint Anselm and Boston College at 2:00 p.m. at the Talbot Rink in Gloucester, Mass.
  • Endicott Moves to 4-1 on the Season Following Wins Over Colby-Sawyer and Johnson & Wales (R.I.)

    BEVERLY, Mass.- Following wins over Colby-Sawyer and Johnson & Wales (R.I.) over the weekend, the Endicott women's ice hockey team has improved to 4-1 on the season and has now out-scored their opponents 33-11. The Gulls were able to shutout Colby-Sawyer on Saturday by a final of 8-0 before posting eight goals again in the team's 8-1 win over Johnson & Wales. The team now breaks for the holiday and will return to game action on December 6, when they travel across the bay to take on North Shore and IWCHL North Division rival Salem State at 12:30 p.m.
  • Women's Ice Hockey Dominates in Weekend Doubleheader

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women’s ice hockey team played two key contests over the weekend. On Friday night the Gulls traveled to Keene State and came out with a dominate 11-2 victory, their first of the season. On Sunday Endicott hosted Saint Anselm’s and made a comeback to secure the 4-3 triumph. Endicott is 2-1 on the season as they look ahead to Saturday, November 15th and Sunday November 16th as they compete with Colby-Sawyer and Johnson & Wales.
  • Gulls Hang Tight with UNH in Season Opener Despite Loss

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women’s ice hockey team hosted the University of New Hampshire over the weekend in their 2014-15 season opener. Despite the goals by freshman’s Kaleigh Daniels (Essex, Vt.) and Chloe Castellano (Wilmington, Mass.) the Gulls fell in a tough 5-2 matchup. Endicott sits at 0-1 while they take the ice next on Friday, November 7th as they travel to Keene State for a 7:00 p.m. puck drop. Two days later the Gulls will host Saint Anselm’s on Sunday for a 2:00 p.m. start on their home ice at the Talbot Rink in Gloucester, Mass.
