Title: Volunteer Assistant Coach

Ryan Healy '19 enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach with the Endicott men's volleyball program in 2020-21.

A four-year member of the Endicott men's volleyball program from 2016-19, Healy was a two-time New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Defensive Player of the Year (2018-19) and a two-time NECC All-Tournament Team selection (2017-18). During his career, Endicott posted an 87-33 (.725) overall record and a 46-2 (.958) mark in conference play. The Gulls also captured three NECC Championships in four appearances, advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals once and held a national ranking as high as No. 5 overall (best-ever ranking prior to 2020 preseason).

Healy played in 117 matches over his career at The Nest, which included 400 sets played and 967 digs (2.42 per set). Healy currently ranks second all-time in digs, second all-time in digs per set (min. 400 sets played), and tied for first in reception percentage at .971 (min. 1,500 receptions).

Meanwhile, academically, Healy was a three-time NECC Academic All-Conference honoree and a multiple Dean's List award winner. Healy graduated from Endicott with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in applied mathematics. He currently is pursuing his Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Nebraska, while working as a business analyst at F.W. Bryce, Inc.
