The Gulls of Endicott College prevailed to beat the Fighting Scots of Gordon 14-9 in the regular season Battle of the North Shore. The Gulls jumped out to a quick 10-2 halftime lead but the Fighting Scots would battle back to close the gap to a 12-6 third quarter Endicott lead.

The Gulls offense was paced by Sam Chidester (Jr, Eliot,ME) leading the scoring with five goals and three assists. Kevin Lally (So, Derry, NH) tallied three goals while adding two assists, Paul Lord (Sr, Derry, NH) two goals, Corey Fox (Sr, Weymouth, MA) one goal and two assists, Burt Fahy (Jr, Needham, MA) one goal and two assists. Jesse Blackwell (So, Concord, NH) and Elliott Diesenhaus (So, West Hartford, CT) each added a goal.

The defense was led by Goalie Matt Bagshaw (Gr, Framingham, MA), Bagshaw was spectacular between the pipes closing out the contest with 16 saves for the Gulls. Josh Maciorowski (Jr, Guilford, CT), Patrick Gaffney (Fr, Worcester, MA) Scott Bartush (Sr, Fairfield, CT), Ryan Fraine (So, Billerica, MA) and Brendan Delaney (So, Franklin, MA) all had a very solid performance on the defensive side of the ball.

The Gulls are currently 8-6 overall and 6-0 on the Commonwealth Coast Conference. Endicott will face off against Curry College in Milton, MA on Thursday April 22nd at 4:00pm
