Endicott Men's Ice Hockey Recruit Me

The Endicott Men's Ice Hockey program recruits top-flight student-athletes to compete against conference opponents, regional, and nationally ranked programs on a yearly basis.

The following are some steps you can take to help in the recruiting process:

1. Complete our Recruiting Questionnaire.  Fill out the recruiting form (below) in its entirety so we will have your information on hand. In addition.  Feel free to contact Head Coach R.J. Tolan at rtolan@endicott.edu or 978-998-7738 with any questions.

2. Come visit. Make a visit to campus with your parents. Contact Coach O'Meara at rtolan@endicott.edu or 978-998-7738 with some anticipated dates.  Coach Tolan will confirm availability, which will then allow you the chance to schedule a campus tour and admissions interview through our Admission’s Office at 978-232-2021. Coach Tolan and his staff are available throughout the year and are happy to meet with prospects and their families in the men's ice hockey office. Please anticipate spending about three hours during a complete visit.

3. Send a video or YouTube clips. Send a game or highlight tape of you playing in a competitive environment.  We can't get out to see every prospect play. Looking at a tape or YouTube clips of you allows us at least something to go on, which may be helpful in evaluating your ability to play at Endicott.

4. See the team play. Check out the schedule and come watch the team play. Send Coach O'Meara an email in advance at rtolan@endicott.edu or call him at 978-998-7738 so either him or his staff can meet you at the end of the game.

The Process: The men's ice hockey staff attends games and tournaments throughout a prospect’s junior year. This allows us to establish a positive relationship and rapport with the prospect as well as his family and evaluate their growth and development as a player.
