BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men's ice hockey student-athletes Kevin Aldridge (Birmingham, Mich.) and Jason Kalinowski (Stamford, Conn.) have both earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Goaltender and Rookie of the Week awards for the second consecutive week, as announced by the league office earlier today.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Aldridge guided Endicott to a pair of conference wins last week against Johnson & Wales and Wentworth behind a 1.50 goals-against average and a .945 save percentage. Aldridge turned away 24 shots in a 5-2 win over Johnson and Wales on Thursday (Feb. 2) to open the week and then stopped 28 attempts by Wentworth on Saturday (Feb. 4) for the 3-1 result.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Kalinowski scored two power play goals in the Gulls' 5-2 win over Johnson and Wales on Thursday (Feb. 2), the first of two conference victories this week. He also added an assist to give him a three-point week.
