CNE Unveils All-40th Field Hockey Team

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Conference of New England (CNE) is thrilled to announce its next All-40th Anniversary Team, releasing the All-40th Field Hockey team on Thursday afternoon. The list features 54 prominent names in the league’s history of field hockey.

Some notable names from the list start with a pair of duos from both Endicott and the University of New England, as they each sport the only two-time Player of the Year winners. Headlining the list from Endicott is two-time All-American and Player of the Year Kristen McCarthy, along with two-time Player of the Year Taylor Teixeira. For the Nor’easters, All-American and two-time Player of the Year Beth Sullivan, and two-time Player of the Year and four-time First Team selection Kersey Boulay round out the top tier of the list.

The minimum criteria for the list began with at least two First Team All-Conference selections or at least one Player of the Year honor. Both current and former league members can earn recognition on the teams.
