Mark Ledbetter '12 enters his fifth year on the coaching staff in 2023-24. Ledbetter was officially promoted to assistant head coach from assistant coach (offensive line) in August 2023.

Ledbetter returned to The Nest after two coaching stints with Assumption College (2013-16, Running Backs, Tight Ends, Video Coordinator) and Stonehill College (2015-16, Tight Ends, Video & Media Coordinator).

Prior to Assumption and Stonehill, Ledbetter was an assistant coach at Endicott from 2012-13 where he held roles as the program's offensive assistant, assistant offensive line, and special teams assistant.

During that time, Ledbetter aided the Gulls to a 9-2 season and an ECAC North Bowl Championship. Endicott also ranked No. 1 in scoring offense and red zone offense in the then-NEFC that season and ranked inside the top-25 nationally in scoring offense among all NCAA Division III programs. 

Ledbetter also was instrumental in Ryan Mrozek earning NEFC Offensive Rookie of the Year and NEFC Boyd Division First Team accolades, while Alec Gatzogiannis claimed NEFC Boyd Division First Team honors as well.

As a student-athlete, Ledbetter played for the Gulls from 2008-11 and helped the program capture the 2011 ECAC North Bowl Championship behind a 10-1 (6-1 conference) record.
