Ashley McKenelley began her appointment as Endicott's Assistant Director of Athletic Giving on February 6, 2017. McKenelley is responsible for the Gull Club, the Gull Club Golf Challenge, and all other Endicott athletics fundraising efforts.

McKenelley came to Endicott after spending one year as the Communications Coordinator at the Association of Governmental Risk Pools. Prior to that, she worked for over two years as the Public Relations Assistant at the Olympic Regional Development Authority in Lake Placid, New York.

McKenelley is a 2013 graduate from SUNY Plattsburgh where she double majored in Magazine Journalism and Multimedia Journalism. McKenelley also was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, which is the school's National Leadership Honors Society, and Lambda Pi Eta, the Communications Honor Society.

Along with those merits, McKenelley was a four-year member of the SUNY Plattsburgh women's soccer program. She played midfield all four years, in addition to serving as a captain her senior year, and helped the team to a pair of NCAA appearances. Outside of her time as a student-athlete, McKenelley also was a tour guide for Admissions, a resident assistant, editor of the school magazine, and an intern in SUNY Plattsburgh's sports information office.

McKenelley, who is originally from Middleton, Mass. and attended Masconomet Regional High School, is currently enrolled in the Athletic Administration Masters program at Endicott's Van Loan School.
