Jacy Kuhlman '22 M'24, a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, enters her first year as a full-time assistant for Strength & Conditioning in 2023-24.

Kuhlman joins the strength and conditioning staff after a graduate assistantship year and a standout career with the women's ice hockey program.

During her time at The Nest as a student-athlete, Kuhlman played in 69 games compiling 27 goals and 13 assists for 40 points.

She helped the program to a 69-12-5 overall record, a 40-4-2 conference mark, three conference championships, and two NCAA Tournament appearances.

Individually, Kuhlman received All-Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Second Team honors in 2021-22 and garnered five academic awards, including two All-American Scholar distinctions.

Kuhlman earned her CrossFit Level One certification in 2017 and has competed in CrossFit competitions.

She also was a member of the Endicott Exercise Science Club, EC L.E.A.D. (Leaders of the Endicott Athletics Department), and is American Red Cross certified.

Kuhlman obtained her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2022 and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Sport Leadership.
