Fields Set for 2023 Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), on the campus of Gordon College, will host the 2023 Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Oct. 28. Visit Championships Central for more information.

The men’s 8K race is scheduled for 11 a.m. with the women’s 6K race following at 12 p.m. The awards presentations for both races will begin at 1 p.m.

All 10 CCC teams will compete in the Championships. In year two of its NCAA Provisional Process, Hartford is eligible to compete, but not score, in the Championships.

On the men’s side, Roger Williams has won the last two team titles. Nathan Tassey (RWU), 2022’s individual champion, returns for this year’s Championships in his sophomore season.

On the women’s side, Suffolk has won the last two team titles. Gordon junior Rachel Brennan has won the last two CCC Championship races and will go for a third on Saturday.
