Quesnelle Named CCC Player of the Week

BEVERLY, Mass. - After leading the Endicott women's volleyball team to a 3-0 week that consisted of a 3-1 win over Emerson and a pair of 3-0 sweeps over Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) foes Wentworth and Curry, senior Remi Quesnelle (Sunderland, Mass.) has been named CCC Player of the Week for the first time this season.

In the 3-1 win over Emerson, Quesnelle posted 18 kills and eight digs while hitting .432. For the match, the senior averaged 4.5 kills/set and 2.0 digs/set. Quesnelle followed that up with 11 kills on 24 swings and a .375 average to go with four digs in the 3-0 sweep of reigning CCC champ Wentworth, averaging 3.67 kills/set and 1.33 digs/set for the match. The Sunderland, Mass. native finished with five kills and two digs in just one set during the team's 3-0 rout of Curry. For the week, Quesnelle totaled 34 kills and 14 digs in eight sets, averaging 4.25 kills/set, 1.75 digs/set and 4.4 points/set while hitting .373.

Quesnelle and the Gulls (18-7, 6-0 CCC) will travel to Biddeford, Maine to take on the University of New England at 7:00 PM on Wednesday.
