Has volunteered with Beyond TOPS Soccer as a special needs soccer coach 2014-15... Was a volunteer organizer for Project Home Again in 2016... Served as a tutor with the Lawrence Boys and Girls club in 2014-15.
Mackenzie on her experience with TOPS Soccer: "The Beyond TOPS soccer program was particularly important to me. It connected my passion for building relationships with special needs children and coaching athletics. My family has personal connections with autism and cerebral palsy so getting to work hands on in making a difference in these kids lives was truly inspiring."
