Gulls' libero wins sixth-straight weekly award

BEVERLY, Mass. - Endicott College senior libero Brittany Nolan (Monroe, Conn.) has been named The Commonwealth Coast Conference's Libero of the Week for the unprecedented sixth-straight time, as announced by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye. The Gulls went 2-3 last week that included matches against regional powers Tufts University and Wellesley.

Nolan averaged an impressive 5.56 digs per set, including a .940 serving percentage and a .885 reception average in five matches last week. The senior's top performances included 28 digs against an unbeaten Tufts squad, 26 digs in a five-set loss to Elmhurst and 19 digs in a TCCC win against Roger Williams.

Nolan and the Gulls get right back to work as Endicott will face Division II opponent Stonehill College on Monday night in Easton, Mass.
