BEVERLY, MA - The women's volleyball Commonwealth Coast Conference Final pitted No. 1 Colby-Sawyer College against visiting No. 2 Endicott College. The teams were evenly matched and both had gained a lot of steam in the postseason. Neither side had lost a game heading into Saturday's championship.

The Chargers' momentum carried the day, however, as they took three straight from the defending CCC champion Gulls for a 3-0 victory and an NCAA Division III Tournament bid.

Colby-Sawyer defeated Endicott 30-17, 30-26 and 30-26 to represent the conference in their third NCAA Tournament appearance.

The Gulls (23-15) received strong play from senior outside hitter Killeen Ross (Ballston Lake, NY/Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake), who had 15 kills, while sophomore setter Meghan Hall (Santa Cruz, CA/Aptos) added 29 assists. Freshman Brittany Nolan (Monroe, CT/Masuk) added 21 digs to her all-time record in a season while freshman middle hitter Hayley Janelle (Madbury, NH/Oyster River) contributed three blocks.
