Endicott sophomore, Sara Moore and freshman, Meghan Hall both received Honorable Mention Recognition to the American Volleyball Coaches Association's All-New England team this past week.

Moore set the school record for kills in a season with 357 and hitting percentage at .355. She was also named 1st Team All-CCC. "Sara is one of the hardest workers on our team. I think she will continue to improve and play a major role in our continued success," Head Coach Tim Byram said.

"I am proud that we had not one but two players recognized. It shows the caliber of player we have been able to attract and develop."

Hall set a school record for assists in a season with 1,141. In addition to her All-Region recognition, Hall was named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Year and 1st Team All-Conference. "For Meghan to earn this honor as a freshman is impressive," Head Coach Tim Byram said.

With their help, the Gulls won their first Commonwealth Coast Conference Title in the program's history. The Gulls finished a perfect season in the Conference, going undefeated in the regular season and post season (12-0). Overall, the Gulls posted a 29-7 record. The Championship win granted the Gulls an automatic bid in the NCAA Tournament, which marked the team's first appearance in the National Tournament.

"I am proud that we had not one but two players recognized as All-Region players," Coach Byram commented. "It shows the caliber of player we have been able to attract and develop. Also, with a freshman and sophomore earning the honor it should be a solid foundation for future team success."

Go Gulls!!
