Beverly, MA - Endicott is proud to announce that Senior's Katie Lorinovich, Susan Teta and Morgan Tranquist were all chosen to participate in the 2004 New England Women's Volleyball Association Senior Classic. The Senior Classic is hosted by Clark University and runs in conjunction with the NEWVA Coaches annual meeting.
Participants were nominated by their coaches and voted on by the 50+ coaches in the association. "I am glad all three were chosen for the event," said Coach Byram, "They have all made significant contributions to EC over their four years with the team".
All three players are leaving the program with career program records in tow. Susan Teta holds Endicott records for kills (961), attempts (2,652), solo blocks (190), total blocks (239) and points (1,267). Morgan Tranquist holds the record for assist blocks (190) and aces in a season (96) and is in the top three of numerous other categories. Katie Lorinovich holds the career records for digs (1,657) and digs per game (3.98) while also holding 3 of the top four spots for digs in a season.
