Beverly, MA -As the 2004 Commonwealth Coast Conference Champions, Endicott has earned the conferences Automatic Qualification into the NCAA Tournament. The Gulls are making their first appearance in the NCAA's and are now one of only 48 schools competing for the NCAA National Championship. Endicott, seeded \#3, is entering the tournament with an overall record of 29-6 and ranked \#7 in New England.

New England Region Seeding -

1. Williams College
2. Springfield College
3. Endicott College
4. Plymouth State University
5. Bridgewater State College
6. Emmanuel College

The Gulls will open the NCAA's on Thursday at 7:00 PM when they will face the \#6 seed Emmanuel College. This will be the first meeting for these programs this season and they have not competed head to head since the 2000 season.

With a win, the Gulls would play into the \#2 seeded Springfield College, who has a bye in the first round, on Friday at 4:30 PM. In the teams only head to head meeting this season, the Gulls defeated the Pride in a five game battle to help EC clinch the Springfield College Tom Hay Invitational.

On the other side of the bracket \#1 Williams has a bye in the first round and awaits the winner of the \#4 Plymouth State vs. \#5 Bridgewater State matchup which will be played at 4:30 PM on Thursday. The Williams vs. winner match is scheduled for Friday at 7:00 PM.

The winners of the Friday matches will then compete in the Regional Championship on Saturday at 7:00 PM.
