Cambridge, MA - Endicott suffered their first loss in the Eastern Time zone tonight falling to third ranked MIT 0-3 (18-30, 28-30, 21-30). Since starting the season 1-4 on their trip to Chicago, IL the Gulls reeled off 22 straight wins prior to tonight's match.
Playing well for the Gulls were Junior outside hitters Patty Mikan and Killeen Ross who had 9 and 7 kills respectively. Meghan Hall picked up a double-double with 28 assists and 13 digs while Sara Moore and Morgan Tranquist both had 3 blocks.
Endicott will return to action this Friday and Saturday at the Brandeis Invitational. They will play at 6 and 8 PM on Friday and noon and 2 PM on Saturday. The Gulls plan to use the tourney as their final tune up for the CCC Tournament which begins next Tuesday. As the \#1 seed EC will host the \#8 seed in a 7:00 PM match.
