Final Stats

Endicott fell to Colby-Sawyer College 3-1 (19-30, 26-30, 30-20, 28-30) in the semi-finals of the Commonwealth Coast Conference tournament. After losing the first two games, the Gulls rallied to win the third game convincingly. EC quickly fell behind 0 - 4 to start the forth game and were forced to play catch-up. With the score in the Chargers favor 22-15, the Gulls mounted a furious comeback and cut the lead to 1 twice at 27-28 and 28-29, unfortunately that was as close as they would get. The number one ranked Chargers will now face \#2 Gordon College in the final match on Saturday at Colby-Sawyer.

Endicott's Killeen Ross had an outstanding game for the Gulls with 17 kills and hitting .405% (both personal bests). Middle hitter Susan Teta was right behind Ross in hitting percentage with .400% (9k-1e/20att.). Outside hitter Patty Mikan added 11 kills to the offensive efforts of the Gulls.

Libero Katie Lorinovich and Killeen Ross sparked the defense with 25 and 15 digs, respectively. Freshman Sara Moore led the team in blocks with 3 (2 solo, 1 assist). Setters Kristen Altieri and Krystan Sylva combined for 43 assists to lead the team towards its 54 kills in the match.

The Volleyball Gulls would like to thank the seniors, Krystan Sylva and Marisol Garcia for everything they have brought to the program in their three years of participation. They would also like to extend their gratitude to all of the families and dedicated fans that have traveled far and wide to cheer them on.
