In the toughest battle yet between the two teams, Endicott lost to twelfth-ranked Tufts University 0-3. In what were three very close games, the Gull's fell behind after both teams reached 20 points to finish 22-30, 23-30, 21-30.

Senior Marisol Garcia stood out for Endicott, hitting .412% (8k-1e/17att). In her best match of the year, Garcia brought enthusiasm and intensity to the Gull's side of the court. Katie Lorinovich helped led the defensive effort with a team-leading 15 digs, behind freshman Sara Moore's three blocks (1 solo, 2 assists).

The Tuft's offense was led by Kelli Harrison and Courtney Evans with nine kills apiece, while the defensive effort was led by Evans with three blocks and Danielle Cafasso with 11 digs.

Endicott returns to conference play on Saturday where they face Colby-Sawyer (11 AM) and Salve Regina (1 PM) in a tri-match at Colby-Sawyer College.
