Women's Tennis Runs It Back Against Wentworth, 9-0

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's tennis team shut out Wentworth, 9-0, Saturday afternoon at the South Campus Courts. 

In doubles action, Clare O'Keefe (Lutz, Fla.) and Justine Hoover (Wallingford, Conn.) picked up an 8-2 win at No. 1, and Shelby Henry (Lincoln, Neb.) and Jennifer Stone (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) earned an 8-0 win at No. 2. 

In singles, Hoover cruised to a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 1, Gretta Hartman (Glastonbury, Conn.) didn't drop a game en route to a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 2, Olivia Berler (Marstons Mills, Mass.) secured a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 3, Angelina Ciardi (New Fairfield, Conn.) earned a hard-fought 3-6, 6-1, 10-8 win at No. 4, and Stone rounded out the day for the Gulls with a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 5.

Endicott (4-0, 3-0 CCC) will host Gordon on Thursday, April 15 for a non-conference matchup starting at 3:30 PM. Wentworth (3-2, 2-1 CCC) will travel to Curry on Thursday, April 15 for a non-conference matchup starting at 3:30 PM.
