CCC WOMEN'S TENNIS WEEKLY AWARDS RELEASE
BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott women's tennis student-athlete Ashley Keaveney (Exeter, N.H.) has been named Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of The Week as announced by the league office today.
Keaveney went 3-0 in the No. 5 singles spot in the CCC Championship Tournament. All of her wins came in straight sets, starting with a 6-1, 6-1 victory against No. 6 seed Salve Regina. She posted identical results in her CCC Semifinal matchup against No. 2 seed Roger Williams. In the CCC Championship, she won the first set 6-0 before pulling off a 7-5 win in set number two.
WHAT'S NEXT
Endicott (11-4, 5-3 CCC) had their season come to a close on Saturday, October 26 as they lost, 5-3 in the CCC Championship against Nichols.
