Women’s Tennis Handles Salve Regina In CCC Quarterfinals, 5-0

BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott women's tennis team claimed a 5-0 victory over Salve Regina in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Tournament quarterfinals on Wednesday evening at the South Campus Courts.

Endicott breezed through doubles play as the pairings of Justine Hoover (Wallingford, Conn.)/Gretta Hartman (Glastonbury, Conn.), Cara McCormack (Worcester, Mass.)/Ashley Keaveney (Exeter, N.H.), and Olivia Berler (Marstons Mills, Mass.)/Cameron Foley (Lynnfield, Mass.) all registered quick wins at the No. 1 (8-1), No. 2 (8-2), and No. 3 (8-1) spots, respectively.

Meanwhile, in singles, McCormack made it 4-0 for the Gulls with a 6-1, 6-0 victory at No. 3 before Keaveney clinched the match at No. 5 behind a 6-1, 6-1 score.

WHAT'S NEXT

Third-seeded Endicott (10-3) will travel to second-seeded Roger Williams on Tuesday, October 22 to play in the CCC Tournament semifinals at 3 PM. No. 6 Salve Regina (3-9) hosts Mills on Friday, October 18 at 2 PM.
