Women's Tennis Downs Salve Regina, 9-0

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's tennis team earned its first Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) win of the season defeating Salve Regina, 9-0, Wednesday evening at The South Campus Courts.

In doubles action, the team of Gretta Hartman (Glastonbury, Conn.) and Cameron Foley (Lynnfield, Mass.) notched an 8-0 shutout at No. 1, the duo of Cara McCormack, (Worcester, Mass.), and Justine Hoover, (Wallingford, Conn.) notched an 8-1 victory at No. 2, and the pairing of Olivia Berler (Marstons Mills, Mass.) and Ashley Keaveney (Exeter, Mass.) secured an 8-4, victory at No. 3.

Meanwhile, in singles action Hartman (6-4, 6-1), Berler (7-6, (7-3), 6-1), Hoover (6-4, 6-1), McCormack (6-0, 6-1), Foley (6-1, 6-2), and Jennifer Stone (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) (6-1, 6-4) all collected wins at No. 1-6, in respective order.
