Upon graduation from Endicott, Silva served as an assistant coach for the women's soccer program at nearby Lasell College from 2013-16. During that span, the Lasers went 65-17-6 overall (.773), 41-0-3 in conference play (.966), won four GNAC Championships, and made four NCAA Tournament appearances.

Meanwhile, during her standout four-year career at Endicott, Silva was selected to the All-Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) teams following her junior and senior seasons and named to the New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association (NEWISA) All-Region team in each of her final two seasons of eligibility. Silva appeared in all 92 games during her Endicott career, garnering starts in 90 of the contests. A versatile defender, she also netted five goals and eight assists in her career to finish with 18 career points.

In her senior season, Silva helped lead the Gulls to a 14-5-4 record and the program's first-ever ECAC New England Championship. Endicott advanced to the postseason all four years, reaching the NCAA tournament second round her freshmen year, the ECAC championship game her sophomore year, and the ECAC quarterfinals during her junior season. She was a key contributor in a class that finished 61-25-6 (.696)  during their careers.

Silva completed her Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in May of 2013 and was named to the Dean's list all four years of her career. As a junior at Endicott, she worked in the marketing and sales department at Aztec soccer club, helping the club develop its new logo to promote its branding initiatives.
