SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — The Endicott women's soccer team bested Western New England (WNE), 1-0, in Wednesday afternoon's Conference of New England (CNE) clash from Suprenant Field.
Senior midfielder Hannah Lord (Bedford, N.H.) put the Gulls on top in the 17th minute, as she unleashed a twenty-yard shot into the back of the net.
That was all the scoring the visitors needed to take hold of the contest.
They dominated possession throughout the two halves of play, as they headed to break with a 9-2 shot advantage through the first 45 and then followed up with another stifling performance in the second.
Samantha MacCormack (Danvers, Mass.) made her fifth start of the season in net. She improved to 3-3-0 on the year via her three-save performance.

- First career game-winner for Lord.
- The Gulls hold a commanding 18-6-3 grasp on the all-time series.
